Before we dive into this biweekly update, I just wanted to offer huge thanks to trustee Susan Garbett, who has arranged for the WESTAF staff to attend a special friends-and-family preview of the new Meow Wolf experience in Denver \u2014 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/meowwolf.com\/visit\/denver\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Convergence Station<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. He is part of a cohort with artists and creative workers, arts administrators, and grantmakers from across the nation, including representatives from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/justicefunders.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Justice Funders<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The 8-week program aims to connect cultural innovators across silos who do not know one another well, but are building relationships across culture and the solidarity economy and \u201ccreating the cultural economy we want.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u516c\u5171\u653f\u7b56\u4e0e\u5021\u5bfc\u641c\u7d22\u7ecf\u7406\uff08DH\uff09<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u516c\u5171\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u5ba3\u4f20\u7ecf\u7406\u804c\u4f4d\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u8f6e\u9762\u8bd5\u5df2\u4ece 105 \u540d\u7533\u8bf7\u8005\u4e2d\u9009\u51fa 11 \u540d\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u3002\u4eba\u529b\u8d44\u6e90\u7ecf\u7406 Becca Dominguez \u548c David \u5c06\u8fdb\u884c\u7b2c\u4e00\u8f6e\u9762\u8bd5\u3002\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u5ba1\u67e5\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u5df2\u7ecf\u6210\u7acb\uff0c\u6210\u5458\u5305\u62ec\u4eba\u529b\u8d44\u6e90\u3001\u4e1a\u52a1\u56e2\u961f\u3001\u8054\u76df\u3001\u5ba3\u4f20\u548c\u516c\u5171\u653f\u7b56\u56e2\u961f\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u8d23\u4efb\u548c\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\u56e2\u961f\u4ee5\u53ca WESTAF \u8463\u4e8b\u4f1a\u3002\u8be5\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u5c06\u9762\u8bd5\u6700\u7ec8\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u5e76\u5411\u4eba\u529b\u8d44\u6e90\u548c\u5f71\u54cd\u4e0e\u516c\u5171\u653f\u7b56\u603b\u76d1\u63d0\u51fa\u5efa\u8bae\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>WESTAF \u4e0e\u5173\u5c9b\u827a\u672f\u4e0e\u4eba\u6587\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a (MH\/DH) \u65b0\u9886\u5bfc\u5c42\u4e3e\u884c\u4f1a\u8bae<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On Sunday 8\/29, Moana, David, and Christian met with Sandy S. Flores of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.guamcaha.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guam Council on Humanities and the Arts Agency<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (CAHA) to discuss agency plans, discussions about Pacific jurisdiction engagement of US Regional Arts Organizations, and WESTAF\u2019s emerging strategy to engage the Pacific jurisdictions through current and future programming. The team is preparing follow-up resources for Sandy and will continue dialogue with CAHA colleagues as we formulate a proposal for Pacific arts and cultural agency engagement in WESTAF.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>WESTAF \u52a0\u5165\u827a\u672f\u8d44\u52a9\u8005\u534f\u4f1a\u548c HILLOMBO \u7684\u4eb2 BIPOC \u827a\u672f\u8d44\u52a9\u5b9e\u8df5\u793e\u533a (AK)<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anika Kwinana \u53d7\u9080\u53c2\u52a0 GIA \u7684\u79cd\u65cf\u5e73\u7b49\u5b9e\u8df5\u793e\u533a\u8d44\u6df1\u4ece\u4e1a\u8005\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u3002\u4e0e\u6765\u81ea\u897f\u90e8\u5404\u5730\u7684\u5dde\u7acb\u827a\u672f\u673a\u6784\u548c\u5b9e\u8df5\u793e\u533a\u4e2d\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u827a\u672f\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u63a2\u7d22\u6539\u53d8\u3001\u53d1\u5c55\u6216\u63a8\u8fdb\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5b9e\u8df5\u4ee5\u652f\u6301 BIPOC \u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5e76\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5176\u4ed6\u540c\u4e8b\u5c31\u8fd9\u4e9b\u60f3\u6cd5\u5c55\u5f00\u5408\u4f5c\u3002\u5b9e\u8df5\u5c0f\u7ec4\u5c06\u5728 9 \u6708\u4efd\u7684\u56db\u5468\u5185\u4e00\u8d77\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ee5\u652f\u6301\u5f7c\u6b64\u7684\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5c0f\u7ec4\u6210\u5458\u5c06\u52aa\u529b\u5728\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u673a\u6784\/\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5185\u5b9e\u73b0\u76ee\u6807\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u897f\u6d77\u5cb8\u6551\u63f4\u8ba1\u5212 (ARP) (AK) \u6700\u65b0\u6d88\u606f<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SRI \u56e2\u961f\u5df2\u6536\u5230\u6240\u6709\u5c0f\u7ec4\u6210\u5458\u5bf9 WESTAF ARP \u7684\u8bc4\u5206\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u6839\u636e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8bc4\u5206\u5411\u6267\u884c\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u63d0\u51fa\u6700\u7ec8\u5efa\u8bae\u3002SRI \u56e2\u961f\u9884\u8ba1\u6700\u7ec8\u5efa\u8bae\u6700\u8fdf\u5c06\u4e8e 9 \u6708 10 \u65e5\u63d0\u4ea4\u6267\u884c\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u6279\u51c6\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u7f8e\u56fd RAO\/\u827a\u672f\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u4f1a\u8bae\u53ca\u6f5c\u5728\u5408\u4f5c (CG)<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6b63\u5982\u6211\u4eec\u4e0a\u4e00\u4efd\u53cc\u5468\u520a\u6240\u62a5\u9053\u7684\u90a3\u6837\uff0c\u5730\u533a\u827a\u672f\u7ec4\u7ec7 (RAO) \u4e00\u76f4\u4e0e\u56fd\u5bb6\u827a\u672f\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u9886\u5bfc\u5c42\u5b9a\u671f\u4f1a\u9762\uff0c\u8ba8\u8bba\u4e00\u9879\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u4ee5\u516c\u5e73\u4e3a\u91cd\u70b9\u7684\u65b0\u62e8\u6b3e\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u8be5\u8ba1\u5212\u5c06\u5229\u7528\u62dc\u767b\u653f\u5e9c\u4e3a\u6b64\u76ee\u7684\u62e8\u51fa\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u3002\u8be5\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u5c06\u5411 \u9884\u7b97\u548c\u8ba1\u5212\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4f1a\u8bae (CG)<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u514b\u91cc\u65af\u8482\u5b89\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u53c2\u52a0\u4e86 NASAA \u9884\u7b97\u548c\u8ba1\u5212\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4f1a\u8bae\uff0c\u8ba8\u8bba NASAA 22 \u8d22\u5e74\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u8ba1\u5212\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u4f1a\u8bae\u65e8\u5728\u4e86\u89e3\u6709\u5173 MAY BONFILS STANTON \u5267\u9662 (CG) \u7684\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u514b\u91cc\u65af\u8482\u5b89\u548c\u5361\u6885\u4f26\u53c2\u52a0\u4e86\u5728\u65b0\u90a6\u83f2\u5c14\u65af\u65af\u5766\u987f\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u4e3e\u884c\u7684\u4f1a\u8bae\uff0c\u5411\u5f00\u53d1\u5546\u4e86\u89e3\u6709\u5173\u62df\u8bae\u7684\u897f\u5357\u4e39\u4f5b\u6885\u90a6\u83f2\u5c14\u65af\u65af\u5766\u987f\u5267\u9662\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8be5\u5267\u9662\u662f\u6d1b\u96f7\u6258\u9ad8\u5730\u6821\u533a\u91cd\u5efa\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u793e\u533a\u5bf9\u770b\u5230\u4fee\u590d\u540e\u7684\u6885\u90a6\u83f2\u5c14\u65af\u65af\u5766\u987f\u5267\u9662\u7684\u5174\u8da3\u5f88\u6d53\u539a\uff0c\u9547\u4e0a\u7684\u8fd9\u4e00\u5730\u533a\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u8fd9\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u573a\u9986\u3002\u5267\u9662\u5141\u8bb8\u65e0\u9650\u5730\u521b\u9020\u6027\u5730\u5229\u7528\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\u89c6\u89c9\u827a\u672f\u3001\u753b\u5eca\u548c\u5c55\u89c8\u573a\u6240\u3001\u6392\u7ec3\u548c\u6559\u80b2\u6559\u5ba4\u2014\u2014\u6240\u6709\u8fd9\u4e9b\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4ee4\u4eba\u5174\u594b\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\u5b9e\u73b0\u3002\u897f\u5357\u4e39\u4f5b\u793e\u533a\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u544a\u77e5\u6885\u90a6\u83f2\u5c14\u65af\u65af\u5766\u987f\u5267\u9662\u7684\u4f18\u5148\u4e8b\u9879\u548c\u613f\u666f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6d1b\u96f7\u6258\u9ad8\u5730\u6821\u533a\u5907\u53d7\u671f\u5f85\u7684\u4e0b\u4e00\u4e2a\u7bc7\u7ae0\u3002\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u8d22\u52a1\u4e0e\u884c\u653f\uff08AH\uff09<\/b><br \u548c <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1Q2l5c4Q3mOHefOpXxxt6qn4qtMlD5Spp\/view\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">August (and last of the year) cash projections<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. As the memo states, we are 83% through the year at the end of July with only two more months until the end of our fiscal year on 9\/30. With that benchmark, we continue to be behind in both income and expense with some notable exceptions such as CaFE on line 6. A reminder that WESTAF loaned ZAPP four management fees so the income on line 9 is 50% of budget and will remain behind the rest of the year. This loan was forgiven by the WESTAF executive committee this summer. The purple totals on line 39 provide income and expense without the Mellon subawards included, getting us a net $33,895 in cash. As always, our accrual totals vary dramatically from cash as noted in line 41 and 43. Jessica and Christina made progress on a new pricing structure for GO Smart, with the idea to implement three pricing plans. We will begin implementing three potential pricing plans. The first mirrors our current process of charging for 12 months per active program but would now also include charges for lingering activities if programs close and will not be renewed after a client\u2019s 12-month subscription has expired. Clients would have flexible payment periods and a la cart activities options, as well. The new structure was utilized during the renewal for San Antonio Department of Arts and Culture and it was very well received. Jessica is training Jade Elyssa on GO Smart so they can help to take over the WESTAF ARP grant program from Anika.
