SRI a travaill\u00e9 avec DisArt pour organiser des sessions de d\u00e9veloppement professionnel pour les administrateurs et le personnel de WESTAF pendant la r\u00e9union annuelle. La planification comprenait des consultations avec chaque membre de l&#039;\u00e9quipe de ressources en leadership (LRT) de WESTAF pour d\u00e9terminer les objectifs visant \u00e0 int\u00e9grer plus profond\u00e9ment les cadres du handicap dans chaque \u00e9quipe. SRI a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la conversation tandis que les anciens et les conf\u00e9renciers invit\u00e9s ont partag\u00e9 sur le sujet. Le processus de candidature de la deuxi\u00e8me cohorte de South Arts est en cours, avec un d\u00e9marrage pr\u00e9vu d\u00e9but f\u00e9vrier 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>MARKETING (LH)<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As the first month of Q1 comes to an end, the MarComm team has been conducting research and rethinking what types of creative avenues we want to take in FY22 to better reach our audiences. We are in the process of drafting a MarComm Recap and Report for FY21 with detailed metrics across various products, programs, and services to evaluate our work over the past year and reflect on our wins, losses, and what we can improve on for the new fiscal year. The team has also begun a self-paced <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/hmntycntrd.com\/self-paced-hc-masterclass\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Humanity-Centered UI\/UX Course<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that is made up of 5 modules and 26 sub-lessons to help UX and tech professionals deepen their awareness and practices in navigating deeper UX topics with humility, openness, and courage so that they can understand how to craft equitable and inclusive experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>COMMUNICATIONS (LH)<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En plus de fournir un soutien pour la r\u00e9union annuelle du conseil d&#039;administration, l&#039;\u00e9quipe MarComm a termin\u00e9 ses r\u00e9unions de cl\u00f4ture de l&#039;exercice 21 dans Insights et travaille \u00e0 la saisie de ses objectifs et responsabilit\u00e9s pour l&#039;exercice 22. The September financials were included in the board meeting documents and can be reviewed <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1tGUKNFStCVErR9Bh1C-4GDj7NEoybhBW\/view\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ici<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on page 16. As the memo summarizes, WESTAF\u2019s year-end deficit is approximately -$200,000 when the NEA payment timing is removed. This is lower than the budgeted -$300,000 deficit. A reminder that the deficit for FY21 and for the FY22 budget is covered by the cash surplus gained in FY20. In addition to the financials, the FY22 budget (page 11) and a revised investment policy (page 22) were reviewed and approved by the board. Audit preparation continues with a deadline of this Friday to ensure all income adjustments are posted within the financial system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>AFFAIRES G\u00c9N\u00c9RALES (CV)<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excited to report that we\u2019ve signed up for a self-paced professional development course from <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/hmntycntrd.com\/live-cohort-hc-masterclass\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hmnty Cntrd<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a BIPOC-owned company working to help professionals think about UI\/UX from a more inclusive lens. Members of the business department, marketing and communications, and tech teams were given the opportunity to participate. Natalie V. and Christina also spent time in the Sherman office boxing up files and preparing for the liquidation, in addition to Blair, Ken, Natalie V., and Christina attending several in-person and virtual staff and board meeting activities. Jessica continues to work with Chattanooga Arts as they get closer to selecting a GMS SaaS. Jessica has built a Letter of Interest to Participate (i.e., pre-application) for SouthArts\u2019 Cultural Treasures program. Jessica has met with David and Moana to move the annual Advocacy Funds application from a Google form to GO Smart and has built out the initial application. Jessica, SRI, AAP, and finance will begin a plan to collect WESTAF grantee\u2019s EFT information using Formstack. GO Smart will be releasing an enhancement on 11\/4 to offer local admin and panelists the opportunity to use Multi-factor authentication to log in to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/admin.gosmart.org\/login.php\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">admin.gosmart.org.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> They will have the option to opt-out initially or to use email or an app for authentication.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>ARCHIVES D&#039;ART PUBLIC (LG)<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lori a pass\u00e9 beaucoup de temps au cours des deux derni\u00e8res semaines sur le site de la fresque murale WESTAF Women&#039;s Suffrage, car l&#039;\u0153uvre d&#039;art a subi de nombreux dommages en raison du choix des mat\u00e9riaux de l&#039;artiste. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, lors de ces r\u00e9unions, nous votons \u00e9galement pour approuver un paiement aux partenaires\u00a0; cependant, pour la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive, nous n&#039;avons pas \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure de verser un paiement \u00e0 nos partenaires (y compris WESTAF).
