TourWest es el programa de subvenciones competitivas de WESTAF que hist\u00f3ricamente ha proporcionado subsidios a organizaciones art\u00edsticas y comunitarias para la presentaci\u00f3n de artistas itinerantes y literarios dentro de la regi\u00f3n de WESTAF de 13 estados. Desde su a\u00f1o inaugural, TourWest ha asignado aproximadamente $500,000 al a\u00f1o en peque\u00f1as cantidades en toda la regi\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n

Gracias a sus esfuerzos de larga data, TourWest ha llevado las giras a una regi\u00f3n que abarcaba casi una cuarta parte del continente, pero que en la d\u00e9cada de 1960 albergaba solo a un 31% de la poblaci\u00f3n. As the program continues to evolve, WESTAF wants to learn more about the impact of TourWest so far to uncover ways to make it more accessible to future grantees. In this spirit, we will be launching an internal research process and are asking past and present TourWest grantees to participate in an impact survey<\/span><\/a>. During this process, grantees may also be selected to take part, along with other relevant stakeholders, in focus groups that will dive deeper into the critical needs within the TourWest grant program. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
